1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GET A F'N JOB ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GET A F'N JOB provides AI-powered tools to help job seekers create tailored resumes and cover letters. The Service includes:

  • Career Repository creation and management
  • Job description analysis and alignment reports
  • AI-generated resumes and cover letters
  • Document editing and PDF export

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to generate alignment reports and documents.

  • One-time credit pack purchases never expire
  • Subscription credits refresh monthly and do not roll over
  • The Starter Pack is a one-time introductory offer limited to one per user
  • All prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes
  • Refunds are available for unused credits within 30 days

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Documents generated by the Service are created using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and quality:

  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before use
  • We do not guarantee that generated content will result in job offers
  • You should verify all information for accuracy before submitting applications

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
  • Create fraudulent or misleading content in your applications
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without our permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
